1. Who we are

This website is operated by Luckie's Pinestraw Pensacola, a family-run pine straw and mulch business at 4125 N. Davis Hwy, Pensacola, FL. You can reach us on 850-480-5051 or at joe@luckiespinestrawpensacola.com.Our hours are Mon–Fri 7:30 am–4 pm · Sat 8 am–1 pm. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean Luckie's Pinestraw Pensacola, and "you" means the person using the site or asking us for work.

2. Quotes and estimates

Estimates are free and carry no obligation. Sending the form on this site, or calling us, is a request for a quote — it is not a booking, and it does not create a contract. A job is only agreed once we have given you a price for your property and you have told us to go ahead.

We quote against the area you want covered. If what we find on site differs materially from what was described — a larger area, beds that need clearing first, access that needs different equipment — we will tell you and re-quote before starting rather than adding to the bill afterwards.

3. Prices

The prices published on this site are our current rates: Long Leaf Rolls at $13.95 per roll, Dyed Red Rolls at $24.95 per roll, installation at a flat $10 per roll on top of the roll price, and mulch installation at $115 per yard installed. Coverage figures — roughly 140 square feet per roll of longleaf — are typical rather than guaranteed, since how far a roll goes depends on the depth your beds need and the shape of the ground.

Prices may change. The price that applies to your job is the one in the estimate we give you, not the one shown here on the day you happen to read it. Bulk pricing applies to larger orders, and delivery is quoted with the material rather than charged at a flat rate, because it depends on quantity and where the property is.

4. The work we do

On pine straw we supply the material and, if you want it, the labor: straw laid at a consistent depth, bed edges finished by trenching and tucking or by curling, all baling twine removed rather than buried, and straw kept off bushes, walls and tree trunks. On mulch we provide installation — bed preparation and even coverage — rather than selling mulch by the bag for collection.

Pine straw is a natural product. Color, needle length and texture vary between batches and fade with sun and weather over a season; the nine-month color figure quoted for dyed red rolls is what the pigment is made to hold under normal conditions, not a warranty. We are not responsible for how plants in a bed subsequently grow, or for pre-existing problems with irrigation, drainage or plant health.

5. Service areas and access

We serve Pensacola, Gulf Breeze, Pace, Cantonment, Navarre and Perdido. If your property is just outside those, call and ask — it is worth checking rather than assuming. The delivery checker on this site is a guide to whether you are likely to be in range; it is not a confirmation that we can take the job.

You are responsible for telling us about anything on the property we would not expect — irrigation heads, pets, locked gates, low cables — and for giving our crew safe access on the agreed day.

6. What we do with your details

The enquiry form asks for your name and how to reach you, and lets you add a property address, the product you are interested in, and a message. We use those details to answer your enquiry and quote your job, and nothing else. We do not sell them, and we do not pass them to anyone for marketing.

What technically happens when you submit the form:

• the enquiry is saved to this site's own database, so we have a record of it;
• it is emailed to us at joe@luckiespinestrawpensacola.com, through an email provider acting on our behalf. If you gave an email address, it is set as the reply address so we can answer you directly.

Elsewhere on the site: the delivery checker sends the address you type to OpenStreetMap's public lookup service to turn it into a map location; the installation video is embedded from YouTube in its privacy-enhanced mode; and we use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read. Analytics tells us about traffic, not about you by name.

Ask us on 850-480-5051 or at joe@luckiespinestrawpensacola.com and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. We keep enquiries only as long as they are useful for quoting and following up work.

7. This website

The photographs on this site are of our own work. Prices, coverage figures and descriptions are published in good faith and kept current, but the site is information rather than a binding offer, and we may correct an error at any time. The text, images and logo belong to us; please do not reuse them without asking.

We do not promise the site will always be available or free of faults, and we are not liable for loss arising from using it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

8. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and the version in force for your job is the one published when you accepted the estimate. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
